Ingredients
- White or milk chocolate bars
- Pistachio paste or nut butter
- Condensed milk or sweet cream
- Cardamom or rosewater (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and spread a thin layer into the molds. Let it set.
- Prepare the filling by mixing pistachio paste, condensed milk, and optional flavorings.
- Layer the pistachio filling on the set chocolate base.
- Cover with more melted chocolate to form the top shell.
- Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
- Unmold and enjoy!
Notes
Use raw, unsalted pistachios for the best color and flavor. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days. Freeze for longer storage.
